Batch Sparge Calculator

This simple calculator will help you build a mash schedule for a batch sparge brew, typically using a cooler or other un-heated mash tun. In this mash method, you have a fixed amount of water to work with, and need to hit various temperature targets along the way. Batch sparging differs from fly sparging: in the former, you rinse the grains in batches, rather than using a continuous stream of water.
